Saint Anne's Apartment, Belfast's Cathedral Quarter

Positive: Very central location, but maybe a little loud for older folks during the festival Negative: Broken lift and 5th floor walkup

Tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung, jedoch besteht beim Zustand der Unterkunft und der Sauberkeit noch Verbesserungspotenzi Positive: Die Lage war sehr gut – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Unterkunft war insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Negative: Die Unterkunft wirkte insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer waren stellenweise Schimmelspuren sichtbar und der Backofen in der Küche hätte sauberer sein können. Zudem war der Aufzug während unseres Aufenthalts außer Betrieb, sodass wir unser Gepäck bis in den dritten Stock tragen mussten.

Would try to find better place Positive: Large, bright apartment. Excellent location. Negative: Borderline cleanliness (had to clean all the drawers before putting in our cloth, dirty stairs, pillow cases were freshly cleaned but most had chronic stains....) Badly needs a refresh (mold around bath, IKEA kitchen falling apart and rusting, 2 of 3 paintings on the wall are gone leaving the nails and traces of the frames behind, paint would not be a luxury...)

Great location lovely big apartment comfy bed❤️ Positive: Lovely big apartment host was very helpful clean rooms excellent location to cathedral quarter and city centre beds were so comfy as well. Would most def stay here again due to the location and size of apartment we had apt 5 my friends had apt 1. Negative: That I didn’t av the codes to get in coz my phone didn’t have internet to download them and we d left the house at 9 am and codes were nt sent thru til that morning we were going so maybe send codes night before so this issue could be avoided however we rang and host answered and it was all sorted in a few minutes so there was no problem they were really helpful. Only bad thing I’d say was lift was out of order and we were on floor 5 so if u have mobility issues maybe ask for a lower floor

Positive: Great central location, close to good bars
